if i right click a shortcut and use run as to open an application, what switches would I use to do the same thing from a command line?

I have this app I can open with runas using the gui, but when i try to execute the app using runas from a command line i get errors. It cant find whatever files, it maybe that its trying to look on my local pc instead of the network server.
