I need the best program for ripping music and DVDs to my computer, whats the best one out there? thanks!

EDIT: Also what file type do you recomend ripping music too? im going for quality not file size.

iSofter work great too..try this first


Sometimes depending on the encryption of the DVD, you may need to use several different kinds because some support the encryption and some dont

All are good as long as Warez wrote em down.
Rip music using WMP and as mp3

any dvd works best for me to decrypt dvd's and those **** encrypted sony cd's i borrow from some poeple.

on a nothing plane, i personally have gotten use to Nero and its actually pretty good. it does almost everything

Nero will rip an encoded DVD from Sony?

Ok, so whats the best file type to rip DVDs? not too worried about space I have tons. Do you normally have to rip audio and video seperatly for a movie? or can something rip it together?

Can ya narrow that list down to the simpler programs? dont want anythign to complex.
