Hello, I think this is the correct place for this, but I could be wrong. So I got a dvi-hdmi cable to plug my computer to my tv. Now I can't set the correct resolution, wants to input 1920x1080 but it's only a 720p tv. Before when I was using the hdmi-vga converter, it would input the correct resolution. I think it's 1366x768 or something and it was nice clear. I tried setting the custom resolution to that, but the quailty on the tv still isn't good. looks a tad distorted and the text isn't clear. is there any way, other than custom resolution to get this back to normal? What OS? Have you tried adjusting the ClearType settings?

ah, sorry forgot to mention that. I have xp pro x64. and cleartype is fine. I have two other monitors and those are perfect. it's just the tv that isn't right. i have 2 graphics cards. one has both monitors and the other has the tv.

Do you have the proper SLi drivers? Are the cards SLi?
