Default reinstalled windows but didnt delete partition

i reinstalled windows but i didnt delete partition. Now when i go to my old my documents it says acces denied. So how do i get into my old my documents in c/:documents setting because i cant log on as the old user and i know the assword but where can i put it in??

you can login as administrator, and change permissions to view everything inside.

Edit : If you're using XP pro, and using the "Welcome" screen, press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice to get at it.

If using XP Home, press f8 on boot

hey that didnt work it still says acces denied and i am a computer administrator.
