Default Recovering unsaved data?

Is there anyway to recover data that was never saved? Such as conversations that took place using AIM. I didn't have AIm+ or anything to automatically save the conversations. Any help? Or most likely no?

Yes,, you would be surprised what is on an HDD even AFTER a format!

WHat you need is a disc scavenging application...a file recovery software,,

Search for Hard Drive recovery,, or Scavenger,,

cheers,,

PS,, If you wish to capture conversations of others through instant messengers,, then I would suggest a Keylogger application,, You got a Fox in the henhouse ??

cheers,

You don't really any software utility or special key loggers. If memory serves me right, there is usually a setting within AIM and Yahoo IM (and similar apps) where you can automatically have those conversations logged as a text file under a subfolder.
