Yes that is the full legit SP3.

thanks Makaveli213, one more thing i want to burn it onto the disc and install this on two other computers however, only one is a valid xp home, the other is one i got a from a family friend which has xp pro fake.

Would it still work on the xp pro?

It might. I have not tested it on anything other htan legit machines. Plus i couldnt tell you if it did or not. Since a fake machine is a illegal machine makes it against rules to discuss it.
