There are "legit", untouched versions online. Not all of them are hacked ones. When I reformatted my girlfriends laptop, I got a copy of MCE because it didn't come with a recovery disc. It wasn't an edited version of xp. That's the way I would go about it, but then again I guess there is a lot that could go wrong. Especially if you don't know what to look for.

well i was going to use my disk for my desktop, but then i realized i left it at my house, (i go to bording school so not much i could do about it) sooo yea...
