Default quarantine virus files help

I have 87 files in quarantine, I want to delete them but not sure , will they be deleted and computer will work fine or do i need to repair them , or replace, files like (mep 10. tmp.exe), to (mep 56.tmp.exe) in the c:/winnt\temp file. I also have some tftp files infected. What do I do,

welll with nav when they qaurenteen a file its basically like its not thier, nav wont let it function at all so all you have to do is delete it outa the quarenteen and u should be fine, but if the viruses have effected ur system files to much it might be a good idea to re-install ur OS wich is simple if u have winxp, if not still easy
