This is sort of an internet question but i think it has something to do with my registry too.

I'm using a cable modem so my pages load fast, right. Well, they do load but a blank page shows up. I mean, there isnt any text at all on the page.

so i go up to hit refresh and when i do, the page displays properly. I recently made a registry adjustment. I used the instructions from winguides.com

the whole address is:

this was supposed to optimize the broadband connection. I'm thinking that maybe this is the cause of my problems. Any help is appreciated.
