Default Problem With Audio Recording Software

I downloaded a program called "MP3 My MP3" that I am trying to use to record some music and it records very well except for a hissing sound that can be heard in the background. I also used Audacity and the same thing happened so I don't know if there's a way I can get rid of that hissing sound or possibly change my settings so that it is not recorded at all. Any ideas?

Btw, sorry if this is in the wrong board, I couldn't decided between multimedia and this forum so I just picked one one since this is a software problem.

Edit: Here's a link to a song that I recorded with the program. The hissing sound is most prominent when the music is quiet at the beginning and end but it's still enough to annoy me.
