Default Printing HTML File

I have an HTML file that I need to send to our downstate office so they can turn it into a brochure. I tried to use CutePDF, but the PDF file it generates when I include background images (which I have to) is either too complex or too large to open.

And ideas for turning it into a reasonable PDF while retaining the background images?

Also, other file types would work, but when you print the file you need to change the left margin to .25in to make it print out correctly. Anything as long as the office can just open and print without getting a headache.

I've attached the webpage.

Thanks,

Dan
