Default Please help, Windows will not boot in regular mode

I have Vista and I powered down one day and now when I try to boot up, it stays on the loading screen with the moving bar. It boots up in safe mode but not regular. I even tried reinstalling windows and cleaning the HD with a complete installation and it boots up the first time, but when I try tried to enable the ethernet card, it would stay on Enabling. I then powered off and it did the same would only stay on the loading unless I booted in safe mode. I don't know if it is a virus in the boot system or something. Please help I can't boot up windows in regular mode even after reinstalling windows. Thanks for your help.

If you say it happens when you try to install drivers for your network card (assuming this is what you meant when you said 'enable the ethernet card'), I'd say look for more updated drivers for your ethernet card than what you're trying to use.

It would stay on enabling the first time. but I shut down the computer and when I powered it up, it stays on the windows logo and the scrolling bar at the bottom. It won't bott up in regular mode. Only safe mode. I even tried reinstalling windows and I still get the same issue.

Yes, I'm aware of that. You stated that in your first post. Have you done what I suggested?
