    Default Pin Windows

Is it possible to pin a window, so when I have for example IRC opened up in a spot, then i open up firefox, it would cover the entire screen right? well how can i make it stay there without IRC going behind it? you catch my drift? lol.

Thanks! Recommend me anything, Software, whatever!

What you are looking for is for the focus to stay with the window of your choice. Easiest thing to do is to click on that window in the task bar right after you open the other app.

There is no way to stop something else from taking focus away as far as i know.

I believe this is what you are looking for. Right clicking on the title bar will give you an always on top option.
