Default peerguardian 2 question

In order for this software to work, does it need to have an icon active in the system tray or does it just need to be downloaded on your PC to do its thing?

thx

You have to download it to your PC, install it, update it and have it running in your system tray at all times. It can also block you from getting to legit sites as well if you forget you have it on when you go online with your browser.

Try this method instead of PG2.

Just try updating again. I get that every once in a while. Just stop updating and try again.

Hmm, That sounds like a great idea Trotter. Thx for that. I will use that on my other PC and try it out. Appreciate it.

Mak, So it is as simple as that. I though it was messed up. I forgot I even had PG2 on my computer. I somehow unchecked it when I cleaned my startups under msconfig. I checked it back off.

thx guys
