Default A PDF question ?

Hi there ,

Is it possible to make a pdf document from existing pages in another pdf document ?

For example ?

Am having a pdf document of 10 pages , i want to make a new pdf that contains only from page 1 to 5 , is that possible ? and how ?

Which PDF software are you using?

This should work with any software:

Click Print on any document, and select the page numbers "1-5" for example...

And make sure the printer is set to "Acrobat PDF Printer" Or "FlashPaper", depending on the PDF software you use.

Click OK, and you're finished!

Thanks for replying so fast , well...am using " Adobe Acrobat reader"
,and when i click print i only see my connected printer and "
Microsoft office document image writer " , no " Acrobat PDF printer "
or " Flashpaper " , any suggestions ?

Acrobat Reader will just "read" PDF files. So you cant use that Adobe program unless you purchase Acrobat somewhere.

However, there is this CutePDF program, which is free, and creates PDF's. I have never tried it, but i hear its good.

I use CutePDF - it's very good. Fast and efficient. Do exactly what talldude said earlier, though use CutePDF as your "printer" - it will save a PDF file of pages 1-5 as you said.
