Question PC is showing the Ethernet port as a 1394 port

I have a laptop that is showing the Ethernet port as a 1394 port.

How do I get it to recognize the Ethernet port correctly ? O/S is XP Pro.

Having ethernet show as 1394 is jsut fine. On both my desktop and latop it shows as a 1394 and works just fine.



Is it you are having trouble connecting to the internet?
