Hello,

Which Razor Program? There are a few of them out there. Let us know which one you are talking about and maybe we can help.

Cheers,
Mak

Hello,

Here is a simple question. Have you tried to remove the application along with the Registry keys by uninstalling it with Revo Uninstaller. Then reinstalling it?

Cheers,
Mak

What is happening - the razor program is trying to open another program. In this case the UO client. But since he can't allow the razor program admin access, it fails at opening the client and shuts down.

He told me when he tries to run razor as admin, it prompts for a password, which he doesn't know. I have no idea where to go from there. Is there a way to reset that password w/o reinstalling the O/S?

Hello,

From what i see no. The only thing i can suggest is to try and contact the people at Razor. Since the site was done in 04 and doesnt look like it has been updated that might not be possilbe. But it is worth a try.

Cheers,
Mak
