Unhappy partition help

Well I have an HP computer. My HDD is 250GB.
Well, about 7 gigs of it is the recovery console. My main drive is about 224 gigs capacity. I have 120 GB used so far. The rest is free.
(Both are logical partitions)

My question is how can I change my main partition to that I would have 3 logial drives?
I want to keep the recovery console, but I want to change my main partition to 150 and add a new drive with 70 GB.

Thanks.

To resize existing partitions, you are going to have to either:
a) Reinstall Windows (without using the HP CD, and using a normal copy).

or,

b) Get Partition Magic. PM is a pretty powerful piece of software that will let you resize partitions to your heart's delight
