Default Parental Control Software using Windows User Accounts

Hello folks, I am learning on a new form of security for children, etc, and most of the software today, are for single PCs.

I would like recommendations on various (or one) parental control software that can be used on ONE version of Windows XP or higher.

Parental control software that will monitor limited user accounts and not the administrator account.

Thanks.

PC Tattletale Parental Control Software & Internet Monitoring Software

I have heard of this one more than any other. But in my honest opinion. I would just upgrade to Windows Vista which has all this built into the User Account controls.

Big Thanks to Trotter for the HDD. Big Thanks to CarnageX for the Video Card. Big thanks to Saxon, without you none of this would be possible.

Thank you for the recommendation. Unfortunately, not every one I explain the needed value of parental control can afford and pass the hardware requirements for Vista.

Which is understandable. That is the reason why i linked you PC tattletale. As that is the best software that i have heard of for this situation.
