Outlook view or font size question

I have a user who got a new computer. When we installed Office 2003 and configured Outlook, all the preview messages have huge fonts. When I open Outlook, I will see the list of emails. Those emails will have the subject, date, etc. It is there where everything looks big. If I open the email, the font in the email looks normal. Is there a way in Outlook to make it look normal? I could not find the setting. Any help is appreciated.

click other settings to change the fonts
