Aside from doing that no, generally speaking emails are downloaded from the server once you've 'received' them. At that point the emails are gone from the server and you can't access them in webmail or from another computer (again assuming that you have outlook download the emails). |
^ Lex is referring to POP3 there, IMAP4 leaves the messages on the mail server until deleted.
EDIT : Ok, this was probably ambiguous. ^ ^ ^ What I am saying is,
POP3 messages are downloaded and messages read are deleted after reading them - deleted from the server.
IMAP4 messages, on the other hand, stay on the server until someone - you or settings created by a mail system administrator - deletes them.
