I cannot get outlok express to remember my password. The remember password box is not highlighted so that I can check it. I went to manage idenities and set it up to not require a password, but it still does. Is there somewhere else that will let me change that option?
mine is set to remember my password in the account information but it doesnt and on the login screen its grayed out too
so i dunno

i have that key they refer to in that article but it says it doesnt exist and i cant export or delete it

just loging to the website www.hp.com and in the search bar on it type "msn fix " and download the first entry which comes
and problem will be resolved
The fix really turned out to be simple. I just made another account and deleted the old account. The new acount gave me the option to remember the password. For some reason, the old account did not have that option. Problem solved.
