Default Outlook Express compressing messages

Everytime I start or exit outlook express it gives me a message box to compress my messages. How do I get rid of this annoying pop up box? I do not wish to upgrade to outlook 2003 or thunderbird, I like express

I don't use Express, but I'm pretty sure you can disable it in the option. It pops up asking you if you like to archive your old emails? How about a screen shot because I'm not sure either.

I think that is a setting that is enabled by default if your inbox gets too big. I don't use express either anymore, but I agree with Law it should be something you can disable.
