Default Outlook 2007 - Filter the to do bar appointments

Hey guys,
I have a lot of appointments in my outlook calendar but I only want to have the important ones being showed in the to-do-bar.

Is there a way to filter out appointments, so that they show up in the calendar but not in the to do bar?

Hopefully there is a solution for that problem.

Best regards,
Michael

Need to categorize your appointments. They are color coded, and you can label each color to your desire. After you've categorized all of your appointments you can 'filter' them by just showing certain categories.

Did you do what i suggested? I just did it on my outlook and it worked fine.

Go to view->current view->customize view
Click filter->click the more choices-> click the categories button

Tadah!

thx lexluether, now I understood what you wanted me to tell.
But actually it doesnīt really solve my problem as these appointments should only be hidden in the to do bar but not in the calendar as well.

Seem as there arenīt that many customization possibilities for the to-do-bar
