| Junior Techie | Hey everyone, one more question concerning office 2007. I created a distribution list, but then the problem raises: I have multiple Email accounts handled by outlook, but I want outlook to use one certain SMTP Server, always when I write an email to that distribution list. Is this possible? Best regards, Michael |

| When you create the email to be send you will see a option under the Send button that says Account. Click that and choose the account you wish to use to send that email. Then it will use that account settings to send them. Also you can make that account the default one and it will send from that account by default unless you reply to a email. |

| Well then you will have to remember cause there is no extra tools to do it. That is the only feature that is available to do it. So your only choice is to create a Macro for yourself. |
