Outlook 2003 Toolbars Resetting On Their Own

Hi -

I have a computer on which Outlook 2003 toolbars keep resetting to the default settings everytime I open Outlook. I have to keep re-customizing them everytime I open Outlook, it's kind of irritating.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Also, I have WinXP Pro, and I like the windows classic setting, every so often when starting my computer, it will load the XP settings instead of the classic settings. Could this be related to the Outlook problem? How can I fix this?
