Default other windows bleed through top window

Hello guys and gals, I have a annoying thing happening, and it's always happened to all my computers but right now it's getting me angry.

I have winamp running in the background and I am surfing the web at the same time(MSN), I will start to see chunks of either winamp, or my background/desktop leak through to my current/top window, like it's doing with MSN right now. When I run my cursor over the places I see winamp, most of it will go away back where it belongs, which is not on this window.

Could this be my video card? Or maybe some settings are messed up or that my programs are fighting for top window.

Thanks for looking at my prob,
Matthew

well, the bleed through parts are stopped, paused if you will once they hit the top window. The computer does not slow at all, my cursor does not stutter, the music from winmap does not skip, all the programs I am running are going fast. Right now I have 3 MSN windows open, 2 bittorrents going and wimanp and everything is fine except I can see parts of the other programs on top.
