How did you get it on a CD? The ISO should be at least 3 GB in size. Even zipped up it is still over 3GB in size.

The ISO should be bootable already. You just have to use either Nero, Alcohol 120%, ISOBuster, Magic ISO, Ultra ISO or any other App to burn it to DVD.
