i am not getting any none what so ever email notifications from any of my forums i am on? everything is setup right but what is wrong? maybe i do not have them setup right i do not know? this is starting to get my goat someone help please? also is there s product out there that can block pops up that is free

Free popup blocker are provided with IE version 6 sp1 and Firefox.

Other free one http://www.panicware.com/product_psfree.html

Do a google, you'll come up with plenty.

Anyways, have you check your email junk/spam filtering setting? What email provider are you using?
