I am having a problem with one of my networked computers at the office. It is printing 001 on all pages printed in Office 2k3. I have no clue what the problem could be I just hope someone else has had this problem and have a solution. Thanks

Check to see what print driver they are using. I'm going to guess that it is a post script driver. Have them change to a PCL driver. This ussually fixes the problem for us.
Although the error is ussually
offending command
errror : 001

or close to that.

Actually I did find the problem, there is a setting on this printer to print the Distribution Number. I can't image why anyone would want that. Thanks for your help.
