Arrow Notepad loosing text

Recently i noticed that the notepad was loosing text i had saved.For example it changes a text to "".
I searched for something related but to no avail.
What do you think can be happening?

Are you saving the text files before closing it out?? Doesnt sound like you are.

Well if you do not save the text files you can not have them on your PC as they would not be stored for you to reopen again at a later time.

I save them.
The problem is that the text changes to this symbol.
Have you seen something like this?

Why are you using notepad, have you tried using other typing programs?

Well that is jsut a unrecognized character symbol. Not much any of us can do. Use Notepad++ for better results.
