Nevermind I just found the asnwer
Since I didn't have the D drive I guess it was pointing to the D drive still...
This is the resolution
Changed Registry Values
1. Verify that the values under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders use valid drive letters.
2. If there are invalid drive letters, change them to point to valid drives.
3. Rebuild the release after making any modifications.
