Default No privacy on VISTA!!!

I soon realised that if you are an administrator you can access an account of whichever hard drive, even taken from another computer if it had a previous windows version. The awesome thing is that you can even take owenership of those files; I already tried it from my old account on another dirve. So if you want your files to have a secure privacy & protection compress them to rar with adding a password to secure your files.

No more privacy? No matter how, can microsoft access our files online?
How can we prevent it?

The only way to truely protect you data is to encrypt it using a strong thrid party tool. PGP is pretty nice as it does the job well, and at not much cost. There are starting to be a few full drive encryptions applications coming to market that will also do this. Basically, encrypt your whole system, so that you have to login to it to open up the encryption, befor the OS starts.

There is no other way to "Protect" your data.
