|  no picture preview in in thumbnail mode?? I use to be able to see a preview of any picture files while having folders in THUMBNAIL view, but all of a sudden i dont get the preview. I didnt change anything or install anything, that i know of. Probably spyware or virus ****. How do i turn this back on |

| did you download the temporary MS patch for the new vulnerability? If so, thats the reason. It disables preview modes.

 | Then it most likely only happens when editing the registry manually using MS's instructions. It disables the capability of explorer.exe to display images generated by .wmf meta files, and obviously also blocks thumbnails. |
