Default Need software to clean out duplicate files

Over the years, Bossman has managed to accumulate two my documents folders. They are both about 30-something Gb of photos, office documents, pdf and goodness knows what else.

Is there any software our there that will scan hard drive (or at least 2 directory tree structures) and give a list of duplicate files with file dates, and then an option to delete.

I remember that some of the older norton's system works used to be able to do some thing like this, however I loath the idea of having to purchase that software just for a one time operatation. Plus I am not sure if that feature is still on thier or not.

This needs to be able to work under windows Vista 32 bit

I'd sync the folders then delete one. total commander and power desk pro are good software options
