badkitty is on a distinguished road

Default need good defrag software.

can anyone point me to a GREAT defrag program? I was trying to find one i used along time ago. It actually let you choose what programs to put at the front of the disc so they access faster and the rest got put on the outside which loads alittle slower, but nothing i can find now will do that.

Welcome to our forums badkitty.

For Win9.x based systems, I like to use Norton's Speed Disk. It's very fast and does a good job.

For NT/W2K/XP - Disk Keeper is good. I have v6.0 - as soon as i get a little cash saved... i'm upgrading to 8.0.
