Unhappy my system doesn't allow to install software

A dell D630 laptop, computer owned. I just want to install google desktop and skype, but everytime when i install that, it shows the software can not be installed. I guess the company IT setup something in my laptop so I can not install any software by myself.
But i have the admin authority to control the computer.

Does anyone know how to crack it?

Thanks

your best bet is to get with your company IT and see if those are compatable with your hardware and software and ask hime how to do it.. hacking somthing is not recomended.

If it is a company laptop they control it. We can not help you bypass security set in place by a IT department.
