That was well put and simple and i'd have to agree 100%. Going to 64bit doesn't really mean you're going to be faster. If you specifically have programs that can run in 64bit or can only in 64bit and you really want or need it, then go for it but I wouldn't spend extra money for the necesary hardware to support 64bit if that isn't the case. I enjoy my system very much and use a variety of different apps for my recording studio, some of them 32bit and some 64bit. As well as video editing and movie creating, all in 64bit. The 32bit software I use includes such programs like iTunes and Msn Messenger... etc.. However I went 64bit strictly because some of my recording/sampling and mixing software is 64bit only, and requires 2gb of ram to run. Which having 6gb gives me plenty of extra to work with if needed.
