Default A 'My Cable Collection' application - Anyone?

Hey!

I've just realized how many cables I have. I'd really like some kind of application to keep track of them all. An application with a 'name', and a 'quantity' + when you click the cable type you'll see a picture of the cable + maybe a little description.

I have considered an Excel document, but it's a bit too simple. I don't know if a such thing exists, but imo it would be quite handy!

Hope someone has a suggestion

tia.

Just purchase stickers that go around cables that have an area to type in the description (I have some for my sterio system since they are 10+ feet long cables and you can forget which speaker they hook to.

It was for my cable stock actually, not for the ones already connected.

If I'd ever need a cable I could look in the database to see if I had any, without having to look through them all.

Thanks anyway.

That app. looks nice, but I was hoping to get some small application for the cable collection only. That inventory software is a little too sizie for my needs. Thanks though.

You could write your own application. It would be to your specification, free and fairly trivial to do.
