Question MS Outlook - Any way to export and import settings and rules

When it comes down to backing up and restoring MS Outlook, I normally export and import the every thing as a PST file. This does the job as it does a great job for importing and exporting email, contacts, calendar and tasks.

What about about Outlooks account settings and any inbox rules? Is there any way in which I can import and export those?

open the rules and settings wizard, there should be a button or menu item for export/save rules.
