| Super Techie | Could you (or anybody else reading this) direct me to a link or site with more specific instructions? Also, does this require that everybody that wants to access it be in a network? Is there a way for non-local people to access the contacts short of a VPN? Thanks, Dan |

| This is a good starting point for learning about Public Folders. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...422761033.aspx I know alot of people use Act for managing contacts. I am pretty sure that it syncs with Outlook. http://www.act.com/ |

| Sorry I didn't explain Act any better. The users can enter the information when they are on the road or somewhere that they cannot access the network. Then the next time they are coneccted they should be able to sync everything back up with shared contact list or database. |
