| Re: Microsoft words - attached pic degraded You will have to resize it in photoshop first to the size you want to have it be on the document. Word is not a photo applicaiton and therefor will not resize it correctly.

| Re: Microsoft words - attached pic degraded Hello,
What application did you use to make the graph, and how did you insert it into the work document? Is it an image file?
If you used Microsoft Excel and you have the original spreadsheet file, then you could just copy and paste the graph directly from Excel into your Word document. You'd be able to resize the graph in Excel beforehand, or afterwards in Word, without loss of quality.

| Re: Microsoft words - attached pic degraded Okay? That does not tell us if it is a picture file or a excel file or something that can be worked with...

| Re: Microsoft words - attached pic degraded Then use a photo editing software like Mak suggested to resize it before you insert it into work. PhotoShop, GIMP (free), Paint.NET (free), MS Paint, etc.

| Re: Microsoft words - attached pic degraded You will need to do it with Photoshop. They have a way to reduce the size of a picture without reducing the quality of the picture.
Open the picture then right click on it in teh Layers pane and use the Convert to Smart Objects option. Then hit Ctrl+T to bring up the reduction grid. Reduce it and click okay.
It will resize it with keeping the original quality. If you wish send me the file i will do it for you.
