Lotus Notes - reinstall

Hello all

I have a PC with Lotus notes on that I want to move to another PC. How do I go about a reinstall if the server isn't available any longer to replicate from, is this just a case of installing notes on said 2nd machine and copying over the database file?
I have had a quick look also for a free conversion tool to convert the notes database to a outlook pst file found a couple of trials anyone know of any free or low cost versions as the ones I have found seem to be a little pricey for something i am only going to use once
