ok hello everyone. Windows has been acting freakin annoying the past few days. these are some problems im experienceing:
1, windows open up and cover the start menu
2, my sound stops wokring all of a sudden then goes back on
3, computer is getting a little slow, its not spam i have prtotection, i scanned with like ten different scanners, and no viruses, Is it normal, i think its just windows just dies over time and you have to reformat.

Scan for adware and spyware using Spysweeper, Ad-Aware. Also post your Hijackthis logfile in the Hijackthis forum.

Yeah, it sounds like either you have an adware problem......or your running Windows ME. Do what Major suggested and scan for adware/spyware. Do it in safe mode if you have to.

actually it sounds more like a hardware/software conflict going on. if you feel its time to format then ur prolly long overdue anyways.
