it's a pdf file converted to jpeg. that how it looks. I think the people don't want people to copy this and they didn't something to it

I will just stick with windows xp and eventually linux, and if I want the longhorn look I will use the LH transformation pack, but I make my own themes anyway so there isn't a point in doing so...
