Default Logitech mouse 4th button

Hi all, I've got a Logitech Cordless Mouseman Wheel, which has a thumb-button. The Logitech MouseWare driver/app will let me assign this to certain functions, but I can't assign it freely. I want to do this because I want it to control my KVM switch, and for that I need it to be assigned to a keysequence: scroll lock+scroll lock+arrow up+esc. Anyone know of a small app or another driver that will let me do this?

Any help greatly appreciated!
