Default login screen

I'm trying to restore the options feature on my login screen. I need the option to "log on to:" a domain or the computer locally. For the life of me I can't remember how to....help?

There is an options button on the ctl alt del screen when you press it that will show if you are logging on locally or to your domain.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The options button is there, the problem is that when I press it, nothing happens. Here's a little history of what I did. I had a computer on our network that was plugged into a bad port. I switched ports, got connectivity and added the computer back to the domain by logging on locally as an admin, when I logged off to reboot and tried to log back on as a user I no longer had the option to select a "log on to:". I know this is a registry issue, I just can't remember how to fix. Anyone?
