Well its not my Laptop just a friends, What happens if the CD Drive wont open ive pressed the Eject button it doesnt open, i also went in My computer and Eject nothing happened, i also got a Needle in the cd tray drive for emergency eject nothing happened

Its on windows Vista, i dont Know the name of the laptop

If a paper clip won't open the drive, it must be physically damaged as that would have nothing to do with the operating system, drivers, or even power. A paper clip opens a drive on a computer that's turned off.

Try that out. I'm worried that it's not opening with a paper clip, that usually indicates a hardware failure or damage.
