i know it can be done but how. i have winamp shrunke(is that a word) down very small so its basically a bar, i want to place this right above the windows toolbar, but i would like it to be always on top of any other program i open. does this make sense. thanks to anyone who can help me.

Right click on WinAmps main window, and go to (Options) and click always on top, or while you have WinAmp selected, press CRTL+A.
