warez i read the link I'm not sure it helped but when i go to the modem number it tell me to it times outmy modem number is 10.0.0.138 but when i click on the conectivity all is ok but the gateway and is says not connected to 172.29.11.152

ok i went to where u said but i cant seem to get any drivers or sftware from there????? my modem number is 10.0.0.138 and when i go in there and check the conectivity it tell me all r ok but the gateway .also when i go into network connections it say in tcp/ip to obtain ip address automatically and it aslo says dchp is enabled
